We hold a VAT identification number, PL7792439412, and are also associated with the D-U-N-S® number 437087384. Hereinafter, we will refer to this entity as the "Administrator."

We handle personal data in strict accordance with legal regulations, notably the Regulation of the European Parliament and the EU Council 2016/679, dated 27 April 2016, which pertains to the safeguarding of personal data and the unimpeded transfer of such information, effectively replacing Directive 95/46/EC and commonly referred to as GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

RIGHTS OF CUSTOMERS AND USERS

OBLIGATIONS OF THE DATA ADMINISTRATOR

2. Our aim is to minimize the retention period of personal data that is no longer in use.

3. Your personal data, which is processed for the purpose of managing offer inquiries and executing agreements, will be processed throughout the duration of the correspondence. Depending on the outcome, it will either continue to be processed for the completion of the agreement made with you or will be deleted within 6 months from the date of your last message.
